Which service is right for me?

The questions I get asked most before someone books their free call.

I'm not sure whether I need an audit or a full rebuild — how do I decide?

Start with the audit if your site already gets some traffic and you just want to know what’s actually wrong with it — most business owners are surprised by how much a £197 report clears up. Go straight to a fix or build if you already know your site’s broken, embarrassing, or missing entirely, since there’s no point paying for a report that just confirms what you’ve already decided. If you’re genuinely unsure, book the free call first — I’ll look at your site live and tell you honestly which one makes sense. I’d rather point you to the cheaper option than sell you the bigger one.

Can I start with the audit and move to a fix or build later?

Yes, and most clients do exactly that. The audit gives you a written, prioritised list of what to fix. If you decide to go ahead with the work, I’ll quote a fixed price based on that same report, so nothing gets duplicated or re-investigated. You’re never locked into anything after the audit — some business owners take the report and fix things themselves, and that’s perfectly fine too.

Do the local SEO and website support plans work together?

Yes. Website support keeps your site secure, fast and updated. Local SEO builds your rankings and visibility on Google. They’re separate services because not everyone needs both at once, but if you’re on both, I coordinate them as one joined-up service rather than treating them separately. Ask about a combined rate on the free call.

How much does all of this cost, realistically?

It depends entirely on where you’re starting from. A one-off audit is £197. A fix or full rebuild runs from £500 up to around £3,000–£4,000 depending on scope, always agreed as a fixed price before I start. Ongoing local SEO runs £400–£750 a month, cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. I’ll never let a project balloon past what we agreed — if the scope changes partway through, we talk about it first.

What if I only need one small thing fixed?

Tell me on the free call. Not everything needs a full audit or a fixed-price project — sometimes a form’s broken, a page’s slow, or something just needs a quick technical fix. If it’s genuinely small, I’ll say so and quote accordingly. I’d rather do a small job honestly than upsell you into something bigger than you actually need.
