How is working with you different from an agency?

With an agency you get an account manager relaying messages to a developer you’ll never speak to. With me, you get the person doing the work. I’m faster to respond, more invested in results, and because I’m a solo consultant, my overheads are lower so my rates are too. My entire business runs on client referrals, so every project matters personally.

Do I need to have a website already?

No. I build sites from scratch, improve existing ones, or simply audit what you have. Most clients come with an existing WordPress site that needs work — but starting fresh is equally fine.

What does the free call actually involve?

Before we speak, I’ll look at your website or your current online presence and note a few specific observations. On the call we talk through what you’re trying to achieve, what’s currently not working, and whether an audit or project makes sense. It’s 20 minutes, completely free, no pitch at the end. If I can help, I’ll tell you how. If I can’t, I’ll say so honestly.

How long does a project take?

Can I cancel the monthly retainer?
