Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal information I collect through kasamkhan.co.uk, why, and what I do with it. I’ve kept it in plain English. If anything’s unclear, email me and I’ll explain.
Who I am
I'm Kasam Khan, and I run Kasam Khan Web Consulting on my own. For this website, I'm the "data controller", which means I decide how your information is used and I'm responsible for it.
- Email: hello@kasamkhan.co.uk
- Phone / WhatsApp: 07525 751719
- Postal address: 634 Chorley Old Road, Bolton, BL1 6BH
What I collect
When you contact me or book a call: your name, email, phone number, business name, website address and anything you write in the form or message. This comes from my website forms, Calendly bookings, email and WhatsApp.
When you buy a service: your name, business details, billing details and the work we agree. Payments go through Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
When you work with me: logins and access you give me for your website, Google Business Profile, Search Console or ads accounts. I only use these to do the work you've asked for.
When you browse the site: if you accept cookies, I collect how you use the site. That means pages visited, clicks, device, browser, rough location (town or city level) and where you came from. See the cookies section below.
If I've contacted you first: I sometimes email local businesses about their website. When I do, I use business contact details that are publicly listed, such as on your website or Google Business Profile. If you'd rather not hear from me, reply "no thanks" and I'll take you off my list straight away.

Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores. When you first visit, a banner asks what you're happy with. Nothing optional loads until you say yes.
- Essential: keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. These always run.
- Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity show me how people use the site.
- Marketing: the Meta Pixel measures my Facebook and Instagram ads.
You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can:
- ask for a copy of the information I hold about you
- ask me to correct it
- ask me to delete it
- object to me using it, including for marketing
- ask me to limit how I use it
- ask for it in a format you can take elsewhere
- withdraw consent at any time (for cookies, use the cookie settings link)
Email hello@kasamkhan.co.uk to use any of these. It's free, and I'll reply within one month.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, tell me first and I'll put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of the page.
